Delivery will be sent to the address specified in your order, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

Orders will be delivered by one of the following courier companies: Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT. Please note that for all UK express orders placed after 1 PM will be despatched the following day.

All undelivered items will be retained by the delivery company and return to us after a reasonable period of time. In which case, we will issue you a refund for the item but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the items.

We cannot be held responsible for failure or delay to deliver your order if the delay or failure due to weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection, customs regulation or any other circumstances that is beyond our control. All international customers will be liable for any taxes or duties applicable.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your PAISIE purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the despatch of goods. 

Simply return it to us in its original condition*, we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. In the interests of

hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order before the goods are despatched. 

Please note:

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
  • You are responsible to retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
  • For customers based outside the EU wishing to return / exchange their order, please contact our customer service team who will assist you with this. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Standard International delivery can take up to 20 working days for parcel to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. 

* The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached and enclosed documentation. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make up, perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item. When trying on jewellery, please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
