Returns and Exchanges Policy

We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your Paisie purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer you the option of a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our return policy outlined below. 

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please ensure that you send back the item within 21 days from the line item fulfilment date. Please note that we cannot accept returns outside of this timeframe, and any such returns will be returned to the customer. 

- The return item must be in its original condition, packaged in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels still attached.

- Please ensure to include the return request form provided with your order in the return parcel. In the event that the return request form is missing, you can download a copy hereIf you don't have access to a printer, please write your order number, your name, and your return requests on a piece of paper and enclose it in the parcel. This will help us identify and process your return efficiently.

- We regret to inform you that, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on face masks and pierced jewellery.

- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation of your entire order before the goods are dispatched.

- In cases where a discount was applied to your original order, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the revised order value and the appropriate discount level.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund or process an exchange. You will receive an email notification upon acceptance of your return or exchange.


Exchanges are only available for UK customers. If you are an international customer and wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. 


Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your parcel arrives at our office for the refund to be processed. Additionally, it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Important Notes

When trying on clothing items, we kindly request that you ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume/aftershave, or deodorant that may leave marks or scents on the item. Similarly, when trying on jewellery, please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray, or water.
To prevent any damage, store your jewellery in a non-abrasive box or pouch, handle it with care, and avoid applying unnecessary force.
Please note that we will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
