Our Ruffle Round Neck Blouse features the dreamiest raglan sleeves with dramatic cinched wrist details cuffs. It is cut from a premium lyocell and cotton blend which boasts an exceptionally smooth feel and lightweight. The neckline is framed by a delicate ruffled stand collar and the relaxed fit make it effortlessly chic.
