Our Ruffle Round Neck Blouse features the dreamiest raglan sleeves with dramatic cinched wrist details cuffs and a subtle textured feel that keeps you cozy all season long. It is cut from a substantial cotton polyester blend. The neckline is framed by a delicate ruffled stand collar and the relaxed fit and vertical stripes make it effortlessly chic. You can ground the vintage-inspired ruffles by have it sit on high-rise, structured denim or our striped flared maxi skirt with stripes.
